Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our inventory and the high cost and customization of trailers and equipment, all sales are considered final unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Trailers (new or used) once delivered or picked up
- Custom-ordered or modified units
- Any product that has been registered, titled, or used
- Parts installed or altered after delivery
- Leasing contracts (subject to terms of the signed agreement)
Items That May Be Eligible for Return:
- Unused trailer parts or accessories in original, unopened packaging
- Apparel or branded merchandise, returned within 30Β days of delivery
- Non-custom items purchased online (subject to approval and restocking fees)
All eligible items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Include original receipt or proof of purchase
- Be in original condition and packaging
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if your return is:
- Approved by our returns department
- Received undamaged and in eligible condition
- Returned within the required timeframe
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7β10 business days of approval.
Important:
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
- For cash purchases, refunds may be issued by company check
- Refunds on bank wires or ACH transfers may incur processing fees
Trailer Deposits & Cancellations
If you placed a deposit on a trailer or equipment:
- Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing
- If you cancel a custom order after production begins, any refund is subject to deductions for costs incurred
- For lease cancellations, refer to the terms outlined in your lease agreement
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and a written explanation. Depending on the case, we may:
- Replace the item at no cost
- Issue a refund or credit
- Provide support through the manufacturerβs warranty
We do not accept returns on used trailers or equipment due to cosmetic wear or buyerβs remorse after delivery or registration.

Shipping to Canada
Eligible Products
We ship the following to Canadian customers:
- Trailers (new & used)

- Apparel and branded merchandise
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- All shipments to Canada are subject to customs duties, brokerage fees, GST/HST, and provincial taxes
- These charges are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon import
- You may be contacted by the carrier or customs office to remit applicable fees before release
Shipping Methods
We offer:
- Cross-border freight delivery (trailers and large equipment)
- Courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL) for small parts and accessories

Shipping to The Netherlands
Eligible Products

Shipping Methods
We offer:
- Ocean freight (containerized or Ro-Ro) for trailers and bulk equipment
- Air or express courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx) for smaller parts
- Port-to-port shipping or door-to-door delivery (with customs broker support)
You may use your own freight forwarder, or we can arrange shipping from our end.
Import Duties & VAT
- All goods shipped to The Netherlands are subject to Dutch VAT (BTW) and customs duties
- These fees are not included in our invoice and must be paid by you, the buyer
- Customs may request documentation and payment prior to releasing your goods
We do not mark orders as βgiftsβ or falsify customs values.
Responsibility & Insurance
While we carefully package all items and work with reputable shipping providers, once an item leaves our facility:
- The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer
- We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, especially for international trailer freight
- Notify us immediately if damage occurs during transit β photos and signed delivery reports will be required

Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. After 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Items for Return
You may return:
- Unused, undamaged parts or accessories
- Uninstalled trailer components
- Apparel in original condition
- Eligible trailers (see conditions below)
To be eligible, returned items must:
- Be in original condition
- Include all original packaging and documentation
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Custom-built trailers or equipment
- Trailers that have been registered or titled in your country
- Used or damaged trailers due to improper use or installation
- Electrical components or software once opened
- Special orders or clearance/discounted items
- Items damaged after delivery not reported at the time of receipt
Return Shipping Process

We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
For Customers in Canada & The Netherlands:
- Return shipping is the buyerβs responsibility
- We recommend using trackable, insured carriers
- You must declare the shipment as a βreturnβ to avoid additional import charges
- You must send the return within 7 days of receiving the RMA
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7β10 business days
- Funds are returned via the original payment method
- International bank processing may delay actual posting
Note: We do not refund original shipping charges, customs fees, or return shipping costs.
Partial Refunds May Apply If:
- The item is returned used or damaged
- Original packaging is missing or incomplete
- Accessories, tags, or documents are missing
- Return is made after 30 days (at our discretion)
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only:
- If the item is defective or damaged upon delivery
- For the exact same item or approved alternative
Please email us with photos of damage within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for exchange consideration.
Refund for Trailers
Refunds for trailers are considered case-by-case and are subject to the following:
- Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the buyer
- The trailer must be unused, untitled, and undamaged
- A restocking fee (10β20%) may apply depending on model and condition
- Custom or special-order trailers are non-refundable
Refunds for trailers may take up to 15 business days to process after inspection.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- Youβll receive store credit for the return value
- If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Notes on Cross-Border Returns
- Mark return parcels as βReturned Goodsβ to avoid double customs charges
- We are not responsible for customs duties on returned items due to incorrect declaration
- Customs delays may extend refund processing times
